Disruptions due to COVID-19: What you need to know

1 to 4 day delivery to metro areas, delays for South Australia

Due to the recent state border restrictions, our courier partners are experiencing delivery delays into South Australia. These orders may be delayed an additional 7-10 business days. We are working closely with our courier partners to minimise delays, delivering your order as safely and quickly as possible.

For the safety of you and our drivers we have introduced contact-free delivery. Drivers will drop off your order on your doorstep, lobby or another area designated by you to avoid any unnecessary contact. The warehouse is currently receiving a hospital grade clean twice a day and the team are having their temperature checked before every shift to manage everybody's safety.

Customer Service will only be available on live chat and email

At Pet Circle employee safety is one of our primary concerns. As a result of COVID-19 being declared a pandemic by the World Health Organisation we have made a decision to allow our customer service teams to work from home. This means that we will not be able to support our telephone contact lines in the short term.

Our email and live chat contact lines will remain open as our core customer service contact channels during this time and we will endeavour to provide the best possible service. However, please be aware that we are experiencing higher than normal demand, which may cause some delays in response.

Due to the higher than usual demand, please limit contact with our customer service team to essential matters only. If you have pet health or diet related questions, you can contact our team of in house vets via our complimentary Ask a Vet service.

Quantity limit of the same product per household, on some high demand items

To ensure that all pet parents are able to access food for their pets when they need it, you may have noticed quantity limits on some of our high demand products. Pet Circle has made provisions to ensure that we have sufficient stock to cover this disruption for the foreseeable future and will continue to keep you informed of any changes. In the event that we do experience stock shortages we will prioritize stock for auto delivery customers and those orders that have already been placed.
