1. If you've ordered with us before, check your order history. This should give you an accurate look at how often you have been purchasing certain products.
2. Most products across the site come with a recommended frequency when you check out. Try it out, if you find you need to bring forward or push back your next order, it's easy to do this and change the frequency at that time.
3. Ask one of our support agents to help you! They're highly experienced in estimating personalised frequencies. Speak to them via live chat, phone or email.

Auto Delivery frequencies start at every 2 weeks, all the way up to 26 weeks. If you require a weekly delivery, please contact our customer service team so that we can arrange this.

Absolutely! This is common for our customers to do, as your pet supplies are not always going to naturally recur at the same frequency.

To create another Auto Delivery frequency, add the new item to the cart, and select Auto Delivery. Set the frequency you'd like, then checkout.

Your first order for this item will be processed, and another "Delivery Group" created within your Auto Delivery Order Management page.

The price you pay per Auto Delivery will change according to our daily sales. At Pet Circle we offer you our best price guaranteed, and will never go above RRP. Often there will be a cheaper sale price - we always want to make sure you get the best savings.

Auto Delivery customers get inventory priority - this means our operations and warehouse prioritise stock of our Auto Delivery orders over once-off orders.

In the event that item(s) aren't available when your order is processed, we will send you the stock that is available as per usual. For the item(s) which are not available when your order is created, we will work hard with our suppliers to get this to you as quickly as possible.

If you don't mind a short delay, we will continue to work to secure your stock and send them to you as soon as possible. If we are unable to secure them after 7 days, we will automatically cancel the unavailable items in the order and provide a refund.

For future orders, you'll be notified via email in the week prior to your order commencing; then updated at the time we take payment, and notified of tracking updates until it reaches your door.
