We check thousands of competitor prices every day, and beat them. But if you find a lower price, we won’t just match it, we’ll beat it too.
That’s our Price Beat promise.
It’s how you know we’re always top dogs on price. So save your paws, quit your digging and shop with that top dog confidence.
How does it work?
If you spot the same product at a lower price somewhere else, just reach out to our Customer Service team with proof of the competitor’s price. The competitor's price must be live at the time you contact us. You'll then have twenty-four (24) hours to buy the product at our lower price. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts applicable to that product (e.g. a multi-buy promotion).
Please note that the competitor product must be identical to Pet Circle’s, and it must be in-stock, both at the competitor and Pet Circle, and available for delivery to an address in Australia. The price comparison is inclusive of GST, delivery and any other fees.
Are there any exclusions?
Our promise applies in relation to first party seller pricing only, and does not extend to products shipped or sold by third party sellers on marketplace or auction websites. We only price beat legitimate retailers headquartered and operating within Australia. We also have exclusions where competitors provide gifts with purchases, or when the product is priced as part of a bundle, or as part of an end of line promotion or clearance. Price beating does not apply to any products available for purchase at Pet Circle Insurance or Pet Circle Pharmacy.
We reserve the right to refuse to price beat if below our cost or if it is a pricing error, and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products you may purchase from us.
Pricing policies
Sale
Pet Circle runs sales promotions on its catalogue to offer you the best value. When a product is put on sale, it is discounted for a short period of time ranging from 24 hours and up to three weeks and will receive our ‘sale’ badge. The sale period for affected products is usually marked on promotional tiles on our websites, but subject to stock availability. On sale, the discounted price will take precedent with a discount percentage called out against a ‘was price’. Our ‘was price’ is the lower of: (a) the median price at which the product was offered over the period up to 31 days before the promotion starts; and (b) the price at which the product was offered the day before the promotion starts.
Price Drop
Pet Circle monitors the market to beat competition and offer you the best value. As a result, prices may drop outside of sales promotions. When prices are lowered outside of a promotion period, they may receive our ‘price drop’ badge, for a period of up to 14 days or until the price moves once more. When a price has dropped’, we call out the reference price as our ‘was price’, defined as the lower of: (a) the median price at which the product was offered over the period up to 31 days before the price dropped; and (b) the price at which the product was offered the day before the price dropped.
