We offer FREE standard shipping to many metro and major regional areas for orders over $49.
Metro areas are defined by our courier partner and their serviceable areas. This may result in some areas considered as metropolitan areas, being regarded as regional for shipping purposes by Pet Circle.
If you do not qualify for free shipping, the shipping costs will change to reflect the weight of the items as they are added to your cart. Your final shipping cost will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment.How long does shipping take?
We pride ourselves on getting your products to you as fast as possible.
In-stock items ordered before 1pm on a weekday are dispatched on the same day. In-stock items ordered thereafter are dispatched within 24 hours.
Once dispatched 98% of orders will be delivered within the suggested delivery time frames. On the rare occasion that your order might be delayed, our team will notify you as soon as possible.
In the metro areas of Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, you can expect your order within 1-3 business days. If you are just outside the metro areas or in large towns, it can take another day or two for your order to get to you. Deliveries further afield may take a week (and occasionally more) from the time of dispatch.
Same day delivery
If you live in an eligible suburb in Sydney you can upgrade to same day delivery for $11.95 and receive your order on the same day by 7pm. This service is available 7 days a week, excluding public holidays.
To be eligible for same day delivery you must place your order before 1PM AEDT.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer same day delivery to Po Box or Parcel locker addresses.
We deliver every day the courier service is operating. As couriers do not work on public holidays, please be prepared for delays, particularly around Christmas, New Year and Easter.
To ensure you don't run out of food over the holidays, we suggest you bring your order forward by two-three weeks, or stock up on additional food in the lead up to minimise the risk of needing to go to a store.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
We recognise that it is not always possible for you to be home to accept a delivery, which is why our drivers will deliver your package without requiring a signature. We make tens of thousands of deliveries per year and our 'leave at the door policy' has been widely embraced by our customers for its convenience.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?
