    Satisfaction Guarantee

    At Pet Circle, we understand the importance of ensuring your pet loves their food. That's why we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all food and treat products purchased from us. This is a voluntary guarantee and applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

    Your options:

    Full Refund
    Available on some brands (contact Customer Service for details)
    Replacement Food
    Exchange for another food item at the same price (pay the difference if more, get refund if less)
    Store Credit
    Use towards any future purchase
    Important Conditions:
    • Applies to all food and treats (not flea, tick, or worming treatments)
    • Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase
    • You may need to explain your pet's reaction or concerns
    • We may share your feedback with suppliers to improve products
    • We reserve the right to decline claims if policy is misused

    Change of Mind Returns

    No longer want the item you purchased from us? We accept change of mind returns for up to 30 days from purchase, provided the goods are unopened and in original condition (including packaging). This applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

    Important Conditions:
    • Item must be within 30 days of purchase
    • Item must be in unopened & original packaging

    Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

    If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, your rights depend on the nature of the issue:
    • For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement.
    • For a minor failure, we will resolve the issue within a reasonable time, which may include a replacement or refund.
    • Where we offer a refund, you may also choose to receive store credit instead, if you prefer.

    A failure is major if the product is unsafe, significantly different from its description, substantially unfit for purpose, or cannot be fixed within a reasonable time. You may also be entitled to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
