    Auto Delivery Terms

    Pet Circle offers an Auto Delivery (AD) service that allows customers to schedule recurring orders of eligible products (such as food, treats, flea and worming products, and more) to be delivered at regular intervals -  from every 2 weeks to every 26 weeks.

    By setting up an Auto Delivery order, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which reflect the steps you’ll experience throughout the Auto Delivery process.

    1. Setting Up Auto Delivery

    When you select Auto Delivery for an eligible product (AD Product), you will be asked to:

    • choose a delivery frequency (from every 2 to 26 weeks); and
    • pay for the first order of your AD Product.

    2. Auto Delivery Discount

    Most products eligible for Auto Delivery receive an ongoing Auto Delivery discount (AD Discount). 

    • The AD Discount is a percentage off the “Once Only” price listed on our website at the time you receive your Reminder Email (see section 3).
    • The AD Discount is not a fixed price - the amount you pay may vary with each order depending on current pricing and promotions.

    Important: Auto Delivery does not lock in or guarantee a specific price for future orders. But don’t worry - we will always notify you of the confirmed price before charging you. Cancelling or making changes is easy too - more on that below!

    3. Price Lock-in and Reminder Email

    Seven (7) days before the scheduled delivery date for your AD Product, we will send you a Reminder Email confirming:

    • the price for your upcoming AD Order (which may be higher or lower than previous orders); and
    • the date your AD order is scheduled to be processed.

    At this point, the price is locked in for that delivery. You can cancel, pause, reschedule, or make changes up until the processing date but any changes you make to your AD order may impact the final price. 

    4. Order Processing and Payment

    On your scheduled processing date, we will:

    • attempt to charge your default payment method; 
    • process your order and initiate shipment; and
    • email you with the estimated shipping date range. 

    If the payment fails or products are unavailable, we’ll notify you with options to update or revise your order.


    5. Product Availability

    Auto Delivery is only available on selected products. We may remove products from Auto Delivery due to:

    • stock unavailability;
    • supplier issues; or
    • product discontinuation.

    If an AD Product becomes unavailable, we will let you know 

    Important: Of course, we will not charge you for any AD Product that is unavailable. Also, while we may make substitution recommendations, you will have full control over whether you wish to place an order for the recommended substitute product. 


    6. Managing Your Auto Delivery

    You are not locked into any contract. You may:

    • pause;
    • cancel; or
    • reschedule,

    your Auto Delivery at any time through the ‘Auto Delivery’ tab in your Pet Circle account. Changes must be made before the processing date.

    If your AD order has already been processed and shipped, our Returns Policy applies.

    7. Multiple Auto Deliveries

    You can create multiple Auto Delivery orders with different schedules. Each will appear as a separate Delivery Group in your account.

    8. Your Account View

    If you view your account at any time before the 7-day Reminder Email, the price displayed in your account for your AD Product will be the price you would pay if your AD order was processed on that day. 

    Fluctuations may occur due to promotions, pricing updates, or supplier adjustments. This means the price may increase or decrease before your AD Order is processed.

    As described in section 2, your AD Discount continues to apply to the “Once Only” price at the time of processing.

    Put simply... Auto Delivery means your pet’s essentials show up on your schedule, with automatic discounts on most AD eligible products, and total flexibility. You’re in control, always. Just make changes before your order is processed, and we’ll take care of the rest.


    Adding items to an existing Auto Delivery Order

    We're excited to offer you the flexibility to add items to your upcoming AD Order!

    How it Works: 

    • For a one-time purchase: When you see a product on our website that is ineligible for ongoing Auto Delivery but wish to receive it with your next scheduled AD delivery, simply click the "Ship Once with Auto Delivery" option on the product page. This item will be added to your next scheduled Auto Delivery order as a one-time purchase.
    • For Recurring Products: You can also add other eligible AD Products to your upcoming order.

    Pricing for Added Items: The price for any product you add to your AD Order is subject to change. The final price for the added item, alongside all other AD Products in that order, will be confirmed and locked in seven (7) days before your next Auto Delivery when you receive your Reminder Email. The price you see in your account before this time is the price you would pay if the order was processed on that day, and it may fluctuate due to promotions, pricing updates, or supplier adjustments.

    Important: If you add an item within seven (7) days of your scheduled processing date, the price will be locked and confirmed immediately.

    Delivery and Removal: Your added item will be delivered along with your regular Auto Delivery products on your next scheduled delivery date. If the added item was a one-off purchase, it will automatically be removed from your Auto Delivery account once it is delivered and will not recur in future orders.

    Important Considerations:

    Shipping Fees and Out-of-Stock AD Products: If any of your regular Auto Delivery products become unavailable, any one-off items you added will still be shipped as planned. Please be aware that if the removal of the unavailable Auto Delivery product causes your order value to fall below the free shipping threshold, standard shipping fees will apply to your entire order. You will be notified of any such changes, including updated shipping costs, in your Reminder Email before your order is processed.

    One-Off Purchase Only: "Ship Once with Auto Delivery" items are single, non-recurring purchases and are not eligible for the ongoing Auto Delivery discount applied to your recurring AD products.

    Managing Your Added Item: You can review or remove any item from your upcoming Auto Delivery order by managing your Auto Delivery details in your account, provided it's done before the order is processed.
