The Dalmatian is an elegant, medium-to-large dog easily recognised by its distinctive spotted coat and athletic build. Originally bred as coach dogs to run alongside horse-drawn carriages, they possess incredible stamina and a high work drive. They are loyal, intelligent, and often described as "Velcro dogs" due to their desire to be close to their human companions at all times.
