Our Story
Our story, like many good ones, starts with a human and their dog. Our CEO, Mike noticed his Dad struggling to lug heavy bags of dog food home from the pet store. And so, in 2011, Pet Circle was born in Sydney with a simple mission: to make caring for pets as easy as possible.
And we've come a long way. Today, we're the #1 player in the Aussie online pet industry and one of Australia's top 5 eCommerce businesses - catering to more than 16 different animals (and countless breeds) with over 15,000 products.
Our pack keeps growing, too – with over 500 team members across Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines. Together, we support close to a million loyal Aussie customers. But no matter how big we grow, we remain like a dog with a bone on our mission to find new ways to help pet parents better the lives of their furry, feathery, and scaly friends.
