What do I need to do?

When stocks of the old formula are depleted, you will need to log into your account to make a new Auto Delivery with the new formula. Since the feeding guidelines have changed, you may also need to adjust your Auto Delivery frequency. Click here to view your Auto Delivery and manage it directly online through the Auto Delivery section in your account.

Ensure a gradual transition

Because the ingredients of these products have changed slightly, to avoid any dietary upsets, we recommend that you gradually transition your cat from the old to new formula over a period of 7 to 10 days.

To make this transition possible, we recommend keeping approximately a week's worth of the old formula in reserve, so it may be necessary to bring your next scheduled Auto Delivery forward by a week.
