As any dog parent will know, every dog is different. Some are really social, some very curious, some extra intelligent and others are just plain goofballs! Have you ever wondered why your furry family member acts a certain way?
To better understand your complex canine, it might help to look to the stars. Zodiac signs have long intrigued those seeking guidance or self-awareness, so it makes sense to also consider how your pooch's sign may influence their personality.
While not based on any scientific or factual evidence, astrology can be a fun and harmless way to get to know your pup a little better.
Aries 21st March- 19th April
The Aries dog is strong willed, confident and determined. They are highly independent and can be disobedient at times, though their playfulness and drive make them easy to love.
These dogs are very inquisitive, and along with their hefty sense of self-assurance this can get them into trouble! Aries dogs love to explore and make excellent companions for adventures in the great outdoors.

Taurus 20th April- 20th May
Taurus pups love to be pampered and enjoy the finer things in life- like food! They can be a little shy but are open with their affection towards the ones they love, bonding closely with their people.
Known to be stubborn and resistant to change, the Taurus dog is not a fan of chaos and thrives in a balanced, peaceful environment, with a regular routine but enough 'spice' to keep things interesting! Protective and faithful, they will always have your back.

Gemini 21st May- 20th June

Despite their short attention span, they are quick learners and love to be active and explore new places. They enjoy variety in all things, including diet, and can be fussy eaters if this is not provided.

Cancer 21st June- 22nd July

Leo 23rd July- 22nd August

Virgo 23rd August- 22nd September

Libras generally avoid conflict and like to please their people so are quite trainable. They enjoy a predictable, structured environment over a chaotic, action-heavy one. These pups can be indecisive so a fussy appetite isn't unusual as they often change their mind about what they'd like to eat!

Scorpio 23rd October - 21st November
Scorpio pups can take a little while to warm up to you, but when they do, they're intensely loyal and will have your back for life. These dogs are very inquisitive and have magnetic personalities.
They love to explore, need regular exercise and crave structure. Scorpios make very protective and loving companions and bond closely with their family. While they can be aloof, they're also intuitive and often know just what you need at any given moment.

Sagittarius 22nd November - 21st December

Sagittarian dogs are happy, extroverted and loyal. Their colourful personalities keep their two-legged family members constantly entertained and they often get along well with other household pets.

Capricorn 22nd December - 19th January

Capricorn dogs enjoy having a busy but predictable routine and are easily bored so need lots of mental and physical enrichment. They can get anxious in new or stressful situations, and can be headstrong at times.

Aquarius 20th January - 18th February
