1. By participating in this competition advertised by Pet Circle, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

2. The Promoter is Millell Pty Ltd (Pet Circle), (ABN 17 148 151 213), Level 7, 9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

3. The competition commences at 5:00pm AEDT on 10/12/2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 18/12/2025 ('Entry Period').

4. Entry is open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years and over.

5. Employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, consultants or families (including de facto spouses) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.

6. The competition is being run on Pet Circle’s Instagram social channel (https://www.instagram.com/petcircle/)

7. To enter, each entrant must, during the Entry Period complete the following specified activities to gain at least one entry in the competition:

Follow Pet Circle (@petcircle) on Instagram;

Like Pet Circle’s DOUXO Spa 2025 Social Competition post on Instagram (the ‘Entry Post’); and

Tag one (1) friend in the comment section of the Entry Post.

8. An entrant can earn multiple entries in the competition by completing the specified activities once and by tagging one (1) new friend in each comment on the Instagram Entry Post (1 comment with a different friend = 1 entry). Entries must be received by Pet Circle during the Entry Period. Entries received after 11:59pm AEST on 18/12/2025 will not be accepted.

9. This competition is a game of chance. Subject to verification, ten (10) winners will be selected at random using Comment Picker at Level 7, 9 Castlereagh Street Sydney, NSW, 2000 on 22/12/2025 at 10am AEDT. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

10. Each winner will receive one (1) prize valued at up to AUD $147.94: 1 x DOUXO Spa Dog Leave On Mousse, 1 x DOUXO Spa Dog Shampoo of choice (Hydrating, Odour Control or Safe Itch), 1 x DOUX Spa Dog detangling spray, 1 x DOUXO Spa Dog & Cat Wipes, 1 x DOUXO Spa Dog & Cat Ear Cleaner, 1 x DOUXO Spa Dog Conditioner. The total prize pool is valued at up to $1,479.40 (incl. GST).

11. If the prize (or any part of the prize) is unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification.

12. Pet Circle will notify the winners on 23/12/2025. Pet Circle will send the winner a direct message from the official Pet Circle Instagram (@petcircle) page. To claim their prize a winner must respond to Pet Circle’s direct message on Instagram by 05/01/2026 (“Prize Claim Date”). Beware scam accounts - we will never ask for personal/payment details from any other account or ask you to click on a link to fill in your details.

13. If for any reason, a winner cannot be contacted by the Prize Claim Date (ie. attempts to contact the winner have met with failure), or the winner does not claim the prize by the Prize Claim Date, the winner will no longer be entitled to the Prize and the Promoter may undertake a re-draw. The unclaimed prize re-draw from all non-winning entries will be selected at random using 'Comment Picker' and take place on 12/01/2026 at the same location as the original prize draw. In such case, the first valid entry drawn from the remainder of the entries in the re-draw will be entitled to the prize ('Replacement Winner'). The Replacement Winner is then the winner of the prize for the purposes of these terms and conditions and will be notified by way of the notification method set out above.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winner and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this competition and exclude any entries which do not comply with the conditions of entry or these terms and conditions. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this competition.

15. Entries remain the property of the Promoter. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this competition (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the competition) and for promotional purposes surrounding this competition. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their information as described. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://www.petcircle.com.au/privacy

16. By entering this competition, entrants consent for the Promoter to use the entrant's name, and Instagram profile which entrants use to enter for the purposes of administering and operating the competition. Entry is conditional on the Promoter acquiring the aforementioned information.

17. Entrants acknowledge that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants confirm that they are 18+ years of age, fully release and hold Instagram and Facebook harmless of liability, and agree to Instagram and Facebook's terms of use.
