At first, my cat didn't know how to play it, but now he loves it. I do recommend buying the refill for it since my cat ruined the butterflies so fast.

One cat loves this toy (and so does my dog!), but my other cat just goes to look at the butterfly and gets continuously hit in the face, LOL. I wish it's movements were a bit more irregular rather than just around and around, but overall it's a good interactive toy to have.
