Product Details
- Ideal for maintaining water quality in small freshwater or saltwater aquariums using a compatible filter
- Avoid replacing all filter media simultaneously to preserve the beneficial bacterial colony in your aquarium
- Rinse filter media with existing aquarium water only, as tap water can harm beneficial bacteria
- Replace the carbon insert monthly, the foam insert every two months, and half of the BIOMAX insert every three months for best results
- Regularly monitor your tank's water parameters to ensure the filtration system is performing effectively
- Always disconnect power to the filter before performing maintenance
