Heartgard Plus Blue for Small Dogs Weighing up to 11kg
Heartgard Plus is a monthly treatment in the form of a beef flavoured chew which provides your dog with protection against heartworm disease by eliminating the tissue stage of heartworm larvae. It also treats and controls roundworms and hookworms.

Heartgard Plus provides protection against heartworm, roundworm and hookworm. It does not provide protection against tapeworm.

Usage Instructions:
Heartgard Plus is given orally once a month, please weigh your dog and follow the packaging instructions for the right dosage. For best performance treat your dog on or around the same day each month.
Precautions:
Safe for puppies from 6 weeks of age, as well as pregnant and breeding females.
All dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infection before starting treatment with Heartgard Plus, which is not effective against adult heartworm. Infected dogs must be treated to remove adult heartworms and larvae before beginning Heartgard Plus. For more information you can talk to a Pet Circle Vet.

Once or twice daily feeding is recommended for adult dogs, unless otherwise specified by your veterinarian. Puppies and kittens require feeding more regularly, with the total portion divided into three or four meals throughout the day. Ensure fresh water is available at all times.
