As part of ongoing range updates, Open Farm is making changes to its product lineup, with guidance available to help pet parents navigate suitable alternatives and a smooth diet transition.
Open Farm discontinued products
Open Farm is currently updating its range, which means some cat and dog recipes or packet sizes have been discontinued as part of these changes.
We understand that switching your pet’s food can feel a bit uncertain, so the team at Pet Circle has provided a selection of suitable alternative diets to help support a smooth transition. If you’re unsure which option is the best fit for your pet’s individual needs, we recommend getting in touch with our Pet Circle Vet Team or speaking with your regular veterinarian for tailored advice.
When introducing any new diet, it’s best to transition gradually over a 7-day period. This helps your pet adjust comfortably and reduces the likelihood of digestive upset. Please see the section below for step-by-step guidance on transitioning to a new food.

How to transition your pet to a new diet
Ensure a Gradual Transition
Because the ingredients of these products have changed slightly or the product you are feeding has changed, to avoid any dietary upsets, we recommend that you gradually transition your pet from the old to new formula over a period of 7 to 10 days.
To make this transition possible, we recommend keeping approximately a week's worth of the old formula in reserve.
For detailed instructions on how to transition your pet's food, please see How to Introduce a New Food to Your Pet.
