Usage Instructions:
Advocate is given topically once a month, please weigh your cat and follow the packaging instructions for the right dosage. For best performance treat your cat on or around the same day each month. If you are unsure about dosing this product, please contact our Pet Circle Vet.
Precautions:
Safe for use in kittens from 9 weeks of age. The safety of Advocate has not been established in pregnant and lactating queens.
Advocate does not protect against paralysis ticks, which are a risk in many parts of Australia (particularly the Eastern Coastline). To protect against ticks, we recommend pairing with a Seresto cat tick collar, or swapping to specific tick prevention for cats. Advocate also doesnt protect against tapeworm. To cover tapeworm, treat with Drontal every 3 months.
If your cat has not been on consistent heartworm prevention previously, consult a veterinarian prior to beginning Advocate. If you are unsure about dosing this product, please contact our Pet Circle Vet.
