- Store frozen, at or below -18C, until ready for thawing
- Thaw portions in a drip tray or container in the refrigerator to prevent cross-contamination or in a sink of lukewarm water for 15-30 minutes, ensuring not to cook
- Once thawed, use within 2-3 days and keep in a sealed, airtight container in the refrigerator
- Cannot be refrozen once thawed
