Cat Orthopaedic Beds
Cats are often more subtle in displaying signs of osteoarthritis, and rather than showing more obvious lamness as commonly seen in arthritic dogs, arthritic cats may only demonstrate a slight reluctance to jump up or generally 'slow down'. Unfortunately arthritis is quite common in our pets as they age, and as arthritic cats find it more difficult getting up and down, orthopaedic beds can help to keep them comfortable by decreasing pressure on their joints. Weight control is a very important in arthritis management as it decreases pressure on sore joints. Weight control diets and controlled exercise using interactive toys can help your cat maintain an ideal weight. Other ways to help your arthritic feline friend include joint supplements and anti-inflammatory pain relief medication prescribed by your veterinarian.
Pet Circle has a great range of Orthopaedic and Warming Beds to help soothe your kitty's joints and help improve their mobility.
Best cat orthopaedic beds based on our customer reviews
KH Thermo Kitty Heated Bed Fashion Mocha | It looks easy to wash the cover, and comfortable for the cat. Arthritic cat took to it straight away! -LUCY |
Petlife Self Warm Throw Pad Blue Charcoal | This is a great product and my cat Fanta loves it. I do have it under a thin cream waffle blanket to conceal it a bit... its blue. It also has a very slight crinkle noise , due to the actually thermal thingy within the layers. For this reason, my fussy-pants cat Toffee won't lay directly on it, but will lay up against it. Im giving this product 5 stars despite Toffees objections, because hey, she's a cat (and a tortie) so what can ya do! -CANDICE, TOFFEE AND FANTA |
KH Thermo Kitty Circular Heated Bed Sage | At 15, moving from a house with underfloor heating to one without has been a bit of a challenge however Hughie LOVES this bed (hate to confess how many things I've purchased for her over the years she has ignored). Its a winner. -SALLY |
