Yeah, well we found that annoying too. So we solved it by creating Auto Delivery. A recurring order that you schedule with us, for anything from food to meds, set to a frequency that suits you. So the stuff you need turns up exactly when you need it. It’s kind of like magic!

You automatically get ongoing savings applied, of up to 5% off on selected products and can change the schedule or cancel any time you like, no drama.

How do Auto Delivery frequencies work, can I only have one?

Ready to set up Auto Deliveries like a pro? Our frequencies range from every 2 weeks to every 26 weeks, so you can tailor it to your pet’s needs perfectly.

Want to schedule multiple deliveries? Go for it! Just add the new item to your cart, select Auto Delivery, pick your preferred frequency, and check out. We’ll handle the rest and create a shiny new ‘Delivery Group’ for you in your Auto Delivery Order Management page.

Need to tweak an existing delivery date? No problem! Head over to the Auto Delivery Order Management page, click ‘Manage Order,’ and ‘Edit Delivery’ to choose a new processing time.

To find your pet’s perfect delivery rhythm, check your order history for past purchases. You can also use the recommended frequency at checkout as a handy guide.

Am I locked into Auto Delivery?

Nope, not at all—cancel anytime, for free!

You’re never locked into a price with Auto Delivery. You’ll always get the best deal we’ve got, and we’ll send you a friendly reminder email with the price and processing date 7 days before it’s set to go. So, you can keep your wallet as happy as your pet. If you would like to cancel or amend an upcoming Auto Delivery order, just make sure you do so before the processing date.

When will my Auto Delivery payment process?

Get ready for some inbox cheer! You’ll receive a friendly reminder email 7 days before your next order is set to process, and another email when your payment goes through the day the order processes.

How do I add or remove products on my existing Auto Delivery?

We know your pets would love 'one of everything' from the website.

So if you're looking to add an item to your Auto Delivery just log into your Pet Circle account, head over to the product page of the item you’re eyeing, and hit 'Add to Existing Auto Delivery.' Choose which Auto Delivery you want to add it to, and voilà-the item will process with your next Auto Delivery.

If you're looking to remove an item from your Auto Delivery, select 'Auto Delivery' via your Pet Circle account, then click 'manage order' and then the trash icon.

How can I manage my existing Auto Delivery order?

Easy peasy

Amend Processing Dates:Want to tweak your delivery date? Just log into your account, click on the Auto Delivery tab, and hit 'Manage Order.' You can choose 'Skip' to hop to the next date or 'Edit Delivery' to pick a new one. And don’t forget—reminders will be sent via email to help you move, skip, or shuffle your orders when you need.

Pause Items:Still working out the right frequency? Head to the Manage Auto Delivery tab, find the Auto Delivery you want to adjust, and click 'Manage Order.' Hit the pause symbol on the item you want to take a break from, or the play symbol to bring it back into action!

Re-Order or Process your Auto Delivery Now:Can’t wait for your next delivery (because your dog has become a vacuum and eaten all their food faster than anticipated)? Click that 'Reorder Now' button on your Manage Auto Delivery tab to get your goodies pronto! once you've hit the button our system will work it's magic and send through an order confirmation email in the next hour!

Cancel or Delete your Auto Delivery:Decided Auto Delivery isn’t your jam? Just go to the Auto Delivery tab, select 'Manage Order,' and hit 'Delete Group' to cancel. If your order’s already in the works and you need to make changes, our Customer Service team is here to help.

Change the Frequency:Auto Delivery coming too soon? Not soon enough? Just log into your account, click on the Auto Delivery tab, and hit 'Manage Order.' There is a dropdown box above the calendar where you will be able to choose a frequency in weeks.

Resume my Auto Delivery:Want to resume a paused Auto Delivery? Log in to your account and click on the Auto Delivery tab - you'll see a clickable button with the option to 'Resume Order' next to your order information.
