The first time, we bought the x-large for our husky and he loved it! It took a lot of time for him to destroy it, he loves the squeaky noise and playing fetch or tug of war with it. Even when he finally ripped it apart he kept playing with the balls that were inside. We bought it again but got sent the large instead of the x-large. The large is still a decent size for him to play with! And it's still there after months, only the nose is missing :)

Not recommended I got the X large for my little girl hoping it would last at least a few weeks but the stitching came undone underneath the eyes in about 5 throws. Very disappointed considering the money it cost.

We bought one of these in the large size for our Labrador when she was a pup, it is the most indestructible toy we have bought for her and let me say she DESTROYS everything! She is almost 1 year old and has had the toy since 8 weeks and it's only now showing some signs of wear and tear and she absolutely loves the squeaker.

Says it's not suitable as a chew toy and fair enough, too. My King Charles Cavalier Spaniel got hold of it and gutted it in about half an hour. If you buy one, hide the thing well or it's going to be short-lived. No idea how the thing is supposed to survive a tug of war session with a bigger, rougher dog.

My pup loves this! We play tug for hours with it. Sometimes she'll play with it by herself, flinging it around the room or biting the squeaker. Mostly it's her favourite toy for tug because she'll bite the squeaker end, and every time I tug it squeaks - the noise really riles her up!
