How to update your Autodelivery

If you have an Auto Delivery with us for a product with an updated formula only, we will send out the new products in your regular order as they arrive in our warehouse.

For products where pack size changes have occurred or where a product has been replaced or discontinued, you will need to set up a new Auto Delivery for this product.

How to transition your pet to a new food

If a transition is recommended when switching to an updated product, a gradual change will help to minimise any tummy upsets and to ensure your pet accepts the new taste or texture of their food.

Please note that the recommended feeding rations for new formulas may also change, so you will need to check the feeding guide on the pack and adjust your daily feeding amount accordingly. If you are not sure how much to feed your pet, please check our Pet Feeding Guide, or speak with your vet or our Pet Circle Vet team.
